BabyAnalytic Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

BabyAnalytic is made by Sawir Studio LLC. This policy explains what the app does with your information. In short, your baby's log belongs to you. Sawir Studio never receives it.

What the app stores

  • Your baby's log: each baby's name and birth date, and what you record, such as feeds, bottles, pumping, sleep, diapers, medicine, temperature, growth, solids and tummy time.
  • Photos you add: a profile photo and photos you attach to entries. You choose each photo, or take one with the camera. The app can't see the rest of your photo library.
  • Reminders and settings: your feeding and medicine reminders and your choice of units.

Where it's kept

Your log and photos are stored on your iPhone. If you're signed in to iCloud, they're also kept in your own private iCloud storage through Apple's CloudKit, so they're backed up and appear on your other devices. Sawir Studio can't access your iCloud data. Apple's privacy policy covers iCloud.

Reminders and unit settings stay on the iPhone where you set them and aren't synced.

Sharing with a partner

If you share a baby's log, Apple's iCloud sharing makes that baby's log and photos available to the people you invite. You can stop sharing at any time from Settings in the app. A partner who leaves keeps a copy of what was logged up to then.

Apple Watch, widgets and Siri

Your iPhone sends a short summary, such as the time since the last feed, to your paired Apple Watch, and the watch sends what you log back to your iPhone. Widgets and Live Activities show a summary kept on your iPhone. Requests you make through Siri and Shortcuts are handled by Apple under its privacy policy.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled on your iPhone. Nothing is sent to a server to deliver them.

What the app doesn't do

BabyAnalytic has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it contains no third-party code that collects data. Sawir Studio doesn't collect, sell or share any information about you or your baby.

This website

babyanalytic.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't follow you to other sites, and Sawir Studio only sees totals, such as page views per page and country. The app doesn't use it.

Exporting and deleting

You can export everything, photos included, as a zip file from Settings, and you choose where it goes. Deleting a baby in the app removes their log and photos from your iPhone and your iCloud. Deleting the app removes what's stored on your iPhone. To also remove the app's iCloud data, go to Settings, then your name, then iCloud, then Manage Storage.

Children

BabyAnalytic is meant for parents and caregivers. The information about a baby that you enter stays with you, as described above, and Sawir Studio doesn't collect it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date.
